I highly recommend Dr. Tsz-Ming Lam. He is an excellent dentist—professional, gentle, and genuinely caring. I truly hope he continues practicing for many years because I trust him completely with my dental care. The Charles B. Wang Dental Center is first-class. The dentists here are experienced and focused on patient care rather than upselling unnecessary treatments. I’ve always felt that recommendations are honest and in my best interest. Pricing is fair, and the office is clean, well-organized, and staffed by an extremely kind and professional team. It’s refreshing to find a dental practice that prioritizes patients over profit. This is easily one of the best dental experiences I’ve had.

I have terrible dental anxiety… like even a basic cleaning makes me nervous. But Dr. Xin Ha and her assistant were honestly amazing. They were patient, calming, gentle, and took the time to answer every question without ever making me feel rushed or silly. One thing I really appreciated is that they’re actually on time with appointments, which is rare these days. The whole experience felt organized, professional, and genuinely caring from start to finish. If you struggle with dental anxiety like I do, I can’t recommend them enough. They made something I normally dread feel manageable. Huge thank you to the whole team.

I don’t want to say this too loud because this is one of NYC’s last hidden gems! Never would I have thought that I would think of a dentist appointment as wonderful, but it was. Everything went very smoothly and was very well organized, welcoming, kind and respectful. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed. Staff looks healthy and happy not overworked, or annoyed by the patients and stressed as in most clinics nowadays. Everyone was very kind and knowledgeable including the front desk. My dentist and the assistant were fantastic , calm and professional asked many questions and explained everything very well. Prices are very reasonable even full fee pricing compared to the average NYC dental office. This is a very kind, very professional, clean, welcoming clinic with great dentists and staff! I felt very welcome, respected and taken care of with kindness and patience! Doctors seem passionate about their work!

We had a great experience at the visits today. Dr.Au is always very patient, kind, and never makes us feel rushed during the visit. She listens carefully to our concerns and explains everything clearly. My child felt very comfortable with her. We’re very happy to have her as our pediatrician. We also saw Dr. Lo for an eye exam afterward, she is very patient and thorough. She is the eye doctor for both me and my child, and we’ve had great experiences with her. She makes the exams comfortable and stress-free. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
